Couples Therapy
Relationship Counseling

Sessions are 50-55 minutes in duration.
Intensive Couples Therapy
An intensive couples therapy session is a 90-minute appointment that gives partners more time to slow down, be heard, and work through patterns that can be hard to address in a standard 50-minute session. The extended time allows for deeper conversation, real-time practice of new skills, and meaningful progress without feeling rushed or cut short.

Sessions are 50-55 minutes in duration.
Intensive Individual Session
An intensive individual therapy session is a 90-minute session designed to provide extra space for deeper, more focused work. With more time than a traditional 50-minute session, clients can explore patterns, process emotions, and practice tools at a comfortable pace, allowing for more insight and momentum without feeling rushed.

Individual Session (50-55 minutes): $175

For individual therapy I am currently accepting the following insurance providers: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Curative

For Couples I am currently only accepting Private Pay, however I do offer a sliding scale!
