ABOUT

I believe that real change happens when we can be honest with ourselves and with each other. In our work together, you can expect me to show up as an authentic person. I'll meet you where you are with honesty, empathy, and a healthy dose of no BS.

I work collaboratively with clients to explore relationship patterns, emotional experiences, and life challenges in a way that feels respectful, honest, and supportive. In couples therapy, I help partners better understand one another, improve communication, and navigate conflict with greater clarity and emotional awareness. In individual therapy, I support adults in exploring personal growth, relationships, boundaries, and life transitions. I strive to create a space that is compassionate and nonjudgmental, while also offering thoughtful reflection and gentle challenge when appropriate. My goal is to support clients in gaining insight, developing healthier patterns, and moving toward greater emotional well-being.

Fun Facts:

I’m married, raising two crazy kids alongside two English bulldogs who are always somewhere snoring or causing chaos. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing with my kids, heading to the beach, eating yummy food, or laughing way too hard with my best friends. I’m an ex–college athlete, a reality TV enthusiast, and someone who genuinely enjoys the simple, fun moments in life.

Most importantly, I'm simply just a human both in and out of my therapist role. I believe connection, humor, and being authentically yourself matter just as much as showing up and doing the work.
